Rehab Aide

Overview Position: Rehab Aide Location: 408 S Main St, Salinas CA 93901 Type of Employment: Part-time Schedule:Monday-Friday, 7am-1pmCompensation: $21.00 - $22.00, hourly, based on experience Are you passionate about helping patients on their rehabilitation journey? In this role, you will assist our therapists in carrying out our rehabilitation procedures and play an integral role in supporting our center operations. Part-time/PRN Perks: * Continuing Education: Free in-person and online CEUs to keep learning * Career Growth: Access to a nationwide, professional support network * 401(k): Company matching 401(k) after 1,000 hours in a calendar year * Diversity: Work with a variety of team sizes, patient populations, and specialties Responsibilities * Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions * Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment * Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.) * Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment Qualifications Minimum Qualifications * High school diploma or GED * Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a pre-health profession (biology, rehabilitation sciences, exercise science, etc.) Preferred Qualifications *
