Location: Tempe, AZ - Hybrid

Schedule: In-office Tuesday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; remote Monday & Friday

Pay: $18.30-$19.20/hr


About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Support Associate to join a growing team supporting client relationships, order management, and day-to-day sales operations. This is an administrative role suited to someone who thrives on organization, clear communication, and getting the details right.


What You'll Do

• Serve as a point of contact for clients, sales staff, and internal teams, providing responsive and professional support.
• Draft clear, accurate correspondence with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Update and maintain client records with a high degree of accuracy.
• Manage multiple clients, orders, or open issues simultaneously, prioritizing effectively throughout the day.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks tied to order fulfillment and client service.

What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to multitask across competing priorities.
• High attention to detail, particularly with data entry and recordkeeping.
• Comfort working in a hybrid schedule with in-office collaboration Tuesday-Thursday.
