Property Manager
The Property Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction in the efficient day-to-day operation of the apartment community.

Responsibilities include directing and overseeing the day to day operations of community staff, ensuring the accuracy and timely preparation of all required reports, managing a highly skilled on-site team in recruiting, training, counseling, and evaluation, ensuring excellent customer service to all residents and prospects, and achieving high resident retention and leasing expectations.
Qualifications include leadership and team-building skills, excellent mathematical skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and two years of apartment management experience.
