Growth Marketing Lead (New York)

Most performance marketers inherit a machine. You'd build one.

Hey Nouri is building a new kind of healthcare platform for kids, helping them build healthier habits, feel better in their bodies, and change the trajectory of their health for life.

We're growing fast, and we're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to build our digital marketing function from the ground up. This is not a role where you inherit a big team, an established playbook and mature channels, then spend your time optimizing around the edges. You'll build the playbook.

What you'll do

• Own paid growth across channels , starting with Meta and Google and building TikTok into a meaningful acquisition channel.
• Scale our digital marketing spend while relentlessly improving CAC, conversion and overall channel economics.
• Build our creative engine. Develop creative strategy, generate and test new concepts, and work directly with video editors, designers and creators to turn ideas into ads that perform.
• Build the system. Establish how we test, measure, learn and make decisions across channels.
• Build the team. Start by managing freelancers and external creative resources, then help us build an exceptional in-house growth team.
• Work directly with the founders on one of the most important growth levers at Hey Nouri.

Who you are

• 2-3+ years in growth or performance marketing, ideally at a high-growth consumer startup or another exceptional digital marketing environment.
• Deep, hands-on experience running and optimizing Meta Ads. Google and TikTok experience is a strong plus.
• Unusually comfortable with both numbers and creative. You can dig into performance data in the morning and give a video editor creative direction in the afternoon.
• You understand the mechanics of CAC, funnels, attribution, experimentation and creative testing.
• You're hungry to build and own something, not to become another person inside an established marketing machine.
• You move fast, have high standards, and like figuring things out without waiting for someone to hand you the playbook.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, analytics or another relevant field.
• Based in NYC or willing to relocate, and excited to work together in person 3-4 days a week.
