Position Overview Our client is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to serve as its primary legal advisor and support continued growth. Address employment, privacy, intellectual property, and general legal issues. Collaborate with the existing paralegal and coordinate outside counsel. Qualifications J.D. and active bar membership, with Georgia admission or eligibility for in‑house counsel registration. 8+ years of legal experience in a law firm or corporate environment.
