Duties and Responsibilities The Salesforce Automation Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce-based solutions that support program capabilities such as case management, eligibility determination, and citizen engagement. Working under the guidance of the Solution Architect, the engineer will translate architectural designs into secure, high‑performing, scalable Salesforce applications that meet agency requirements.
