Status: Per Requested Need Hours: Will Vary Shift Differential: $1.00 What Your Day Looks Like: Wework tomake the patients'initialcontact with Citizens Memorial Hospital a pleasant, stress-free experience and to gather theappropriate patientinformation tomaintainan accuratemedical record. As a Patient Access Associate, you willbe: Registering accounts for CMH ambulance reports accurately andefficiently. Creating a friendly atmosphere for those seeking services in the Emergency Room. Completing registration of allPre-ERaccounts accurately andtimelybased on notification of medical screenings being performedin accordance withEMTALA guidelines. Ensuring correct insurance mnemonics arelisted,and billing addresses are given. Cross-training when applicable to function in various areas of Patient Access.
