Urgent Care Physician Opportunity

We are seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Urgent Care Physicians to join a well-established and rapidly expanding urgent care network in the Greater Boston area. This position offers a highly competitive compensation structure, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work within a collaborative, patient-focused clinical environment.

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts
• MondayFriday: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM
• Weekends: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling options
• Full-time: 36+ hours per week

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: Approximately $225,000
• Bonus Potential: Up to $100,000 annually
• Productivity incentives based on patient volume (~75 patients/day)
• Generous PTO: 4+ weeks

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and injuries in an urgent care setting
• Perform procedures including suturing, splinting, I&D, and EKG interpretation
• Interpret onsite imaging (e.g., X-rays)
• Supervise and collaborate with NP/PA staff
• Maintain efficient patient flow and high-quality care
• Complete accurate, timely EMR documentation
• Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
• Active and unrestricted Massachusetts medical license
• Prior experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Primary Care preferred
• ACLS and/or PALS certification preferred
• Strong clinical acumen, leadership ability, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
