Direct Care WorkerWe are seeking a highly motivated Direct Care Worker to join our team serving families in the Sierra Vista area. As a Direct Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care and support to our clients in their daily activities. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of care. Your primary goal will be to improve the quality of life of our clients and help them maintain their independence.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift up to 75 poundsPreferred Qualifications:Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificationExperience working with elderly or disabled individualsBilingual in English and SpanishResponsibilities:Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and groomingAdminister medications as prescribed by healthcare professionalsMonitor clients' health and report any changes to the healthcare teamAssist with meal preparation and feedingProvide emotional support and companionship to clientsSkills:As a Direct Care Worker, you will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with our clients and their families. You will also use your attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure that our clients' needs are met. Additionally, your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in providing the highest quality of care to our clients. Finally, your physical strength and stamina will be utilized in assisting clients with mobility and other physical activities.
