Registered Nurse

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **Registered Nurse** to work at a facility in **Martinsburg, PA.** These are _registry_ positions with our company. **Pay Rate:** $50 / hour *W2 **Shift Details** : + 1st 6:30a-2:30p + 2nd 2:30p-10:30p + 3rd 10:30p-6:30a + short shifts 2:30p-5:00p + short shifts 6:30p-10:30p + short shifts 6:30a-10:30a **Submittal documents required:** + Current 2 step PPD (within the last year) + MMR + Physical within the last 6 months + RN License + License Verification + Driver's License + Proof they have lived in PA for 2 years + Criminal Background within the last 6 months + Covid Vaccine Info, if not vaccinated need a religious exemption statement **Job Responsibilities:** + Provides general nursing care to patients. + Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques. + Prepares equipment and aids physician during treatments and examinations of patients. + Observes patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents. + Takes temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess condition of patient. + May make beds, bathe, and feed patients. + May serve as leader for group of personnel rendering nursing care to number of patients. + Additional RN duties given by Supervisor.
