Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift

Location: Flagstaff, AZ
Contract: 13 Weeks | Local
Shift: Night | 6:00 PM–6:30 AM
Pay Rate: $55–$60/hr
Start: Within 2 Weeks
Setting: Healthcare Facility

Requirements

Active Arizona RN License
Minimum 1 year nursing experience
Clinical or hospital setting experience
BLS required
ACLS preferred
EMR experience
Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Assess patient conditions and document medical histories.
Administer medications and treatments.
Monitor patient progress and report changes.
Develop and implement patient care plans.
Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
Educate patients and families on treatments and preventive care.
Respond to medical emergencies and provide nursing interventions.
Follow safety and infection-control standards.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff.
