Enrollment Advisor

Working remotely, the full-time Enrollment Advisor will oversee sales, enrollment, and student support processes, providing consultative sales counseling to prospective pre-law, pre-med, and medical students while managing inbound communications and optimizing operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Provide strategic consultative sales counseling to prospective students and guide them through the enrollment process Manage inbound learner communications and track leads and sales metrics using CRM tools Achieve monthly enrollment sales goals and collaborate with internal teams to enhance student experiences Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, education, marketing, or a related field 2+ years of experience in test preparation, enrollment advising, or higher education sales Experience using CRM tools, such as HubSpot, for managing student pipelines and sales performance Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in sales and customer advising Experience in graduate-level test prep, medical, or legal education is strongly preferred
