Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Establish and cultivate strong therapeutic relationships with clients to build trust and foster open communication. \n

This role will focus on a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health disorders. The therapist will work closely with clients from varying backgrounds, ensuring a culturally sensitive approach to therapy that acknowledges and respects individual differences.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid and current LMFT license. \n
- A Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. \n
- Strong understanding of therapy modalities relevant to addiction and co-occurring disorders. \n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building rapport and collaborating with clients. \n
- Organizational skills to manage documentation and adhere to clinic policies. \n

- Certification in addiction therapy or significant clinical experience in this area. \n
