As a Recruiting Partner, you’ll operate your own desk—developing clients, building relationships, recruiting talent, and growing a book of business.

This is a fully remote, 1099 independent contractor opportunity with commission-based compensation. Building a successful practice requires full-time focus and financial readiness during the ramp-up period.
