This is a summer seasonal position starting in March and April through August for our locations across the US. The individual we are looking for is someone that enjoys working in a team environment but can excel working at an individual level.*This is a general posting for the Initial Service Professional position across the US.*Wage is determined based on the location you are selected forEligible for overtime and summer bi-weekly bonusesCompany vehicle providedResponsibilities include:Running a daily route where you will be resolving customer pest concerns and issuesMaintaining truck and equipment in proper working orderKeeping accurate records of treatments providedCollecting payments for services renderedMixing, applying, and working with pesticides in accordance with state and federal lawsServe as the subject matter expert for your customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needsMaintain and service all route customers according to company standards and proceduresAdvise customers of potential problemsKeep management informed of any problems encountered on service routesMaintain proper inventory of pesticidesComplete virtual monthly mandatory trainings prior to the season (will vary by location)Obtain and maintain required licensesQualifications:This is a great summer opportunity with no experience necessary; we will train youA US driver’s license that has been valid for a minimum of 2 years is requiredA clean driving record is required (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years)A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hiresAbout Aptive Environmental:Aptive Intelligent Pest Control is redefining the industry with a smarter, more proactive approach to pest control.
