Responsibilities Include: * Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene * Mobility support and safe transfers * Companionship and emotional support * Meal preparation and light housekeeping * Monitoring overall wellness and reporting changes * Support for clients recovering at home after hospitalization * This is non-medical home care focused on dignity, safety, and relationship-based support.
