**Responsibilities:**

• Assist Physical Therapists in the development and implementation of patient treatment plans, tailored to each individual's unique needs
• Conduct physical therapy treatments, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Monitor patient progress, identify areas of improvement, and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning to promote successful rehabilitation outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to established protocols and regulations
