Full Time Server/Bartender Opportunity

GRATO is a high volume restaurant dedicated to whole foods and inventive Italian seasonal farm-to-table fare using local ingredients from an open kitchen seeks a full time server who would also be interested in becoming a bartender.

Ideally, the candidate will have experience with liquor, wine and beer but wants to learn more about cocktail creation.

Requirements:

• Proficient in all aspects of fine dining service.
• Knowledge of food and beverage, as well as having a passion to cultivate these skills.
• Display a confident and professional appearance.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 6-8 hours per shift, all the while maintaining a fun and positive attitude.
