Compensation Options - Choose What Works for You

Tiered Per-Visit Pay

• $60-$85 per visit, depending on weekly visit volume
• Higher tiers unlock increased per-visit pay
• Paid for up to 2 unreplaced cancellations per month

PRN Flex

• Higher per-evaluation rate compared to full-time roles
• Flexible scheduling based on your availability
• No evenings or weekends required
• Minimum of five patients
• Paid per visit

Coverage Area

Patients are located throughout Williamsburg, NY, depending on the clinician's location. Coverage zones are designed to minimize travel and support efficient scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in the home health setting
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training
• Educate patients and caregivers
• Complete documentation in the EMR system (HelloNote experience is a plus)

Qualifications

• Active New York Physical Therapist license
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Reliable transportation for home visits
• Strong communication and a patient-centered mindset
• New graduates encouraged to apply
