A.M. Cook – Hospitality/Culinary Arts We are seeking a passionate professional cook for an upscale breakfast, lunch and brunch restaurant in the Happy People Business, serving guests from all over the globe. If you love people, love to cook, and are a quick learner, this may be the opportunity for you. Our menu is 98% made from scratch, including many hand‑cut items, which will require strong knife skills. Operating hours are 8-3 P.M., seven days a week. Key Responsibilities Work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Measure and use measurements properly. Use knife skills—must be proficient. Follow written and verbal instructions, including recipes. Cook breakfast items (eggs, pancakes, waffles, biscuits) to guest specifications. Communicate effectively with team members. Work Grill, Griddle, and Sauté stations. Repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for long periods. #J-18808-Ljbffr
