About the Opportunity
The Eigel Agency is seeking a licensed insurance professional who is passionate about helping clients and creating positive customer experiences. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will serve as a trusted resource for policyholders, helping them navigate coverage questions, policy updates, and day-to-day service needs while strengthening long-term client relationships.

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Assist clients with policy servicing, endorsements, billing questions, and coverage reviews.
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively reach out to clients when follow-up or additional support is needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve client coverage and communicate recommendations when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate account documentation and client records.
- Deliver a high level of service that promotes retention and customer satisfaction.
- Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License required.
- At least 1 year of insurance industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
