Med/Surg Telemetry RN Night Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night shift: 3 - 12 hour shifts, 7 PM to 7:30 AM

We are seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team for a night shift position. The role will involve providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a telemetry setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort while monitoring vital signs and responding to medical alarms.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions using telemetry technology.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health management.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and reporting.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry.
• Active Ohio nursing license or compact license required at the time of submission.
• Current certifications in ACLS and BLS.
• One professional reference from a supervisor or director in the specialty applying for is required for submission.
