Acquisition Support Specialist

Make an impact supporting the National Institute of Health! Lynch Consultants is seeking an Acquisition Support Specialist with a solid understanding of the full acquisition lifecycle who is ready to take on meaningful challenges and make a measurable difference. Salary: $120,000 to $140,000/yr. Commensurate with experience. Work Location and Schedule This position is located in Rockville, MD. Associatesare required to beon-site at least 2-3 days per week. Required Qualifications - Must Have MUST have a BA/BS. MUST have AT LEAST 10 years of experience in federal acquisition support. MUST be able to obtain OR maintain a Public Trust clearance. MUST have strong knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), federal procurement processes, and agency acquisition systems. MUST have experience developing acquisition strategies, Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs). Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with market research, solicitation preparation, and technical/cost proposal evaluation. Comfortable coordinating with Contracting Officers, CORs, and program managers. Previous NIH or Federal IT acquisition support experience. Skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze procurement data and prepare reports, dashboards, and briefings. Strong problem-solving and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.
