Windsor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Physical Therapist for a rehabilitation therapy assignment in Windsor, North Carolina. The position is based at 1306 South King Street, Windsor, North Carolina 27983. This is a 13-week assignment with five eight-hour day shifts per week. The therapist must be able to float between Hertford and Windsor, North Carolina, and must have skilled nursing facility experience.

Responsibilities:

• Fulfill the physical therapy responsibilities assigned throughout the 13-week contract.

Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina state license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Skilled nursing facility experience.
• Ability to float between the listed North Carolina locations.
