Associate Dentist - 40k sign-on bonus

Overview We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team. In this role, you will practice full‑scope family dentistry, treating patients of all ages—from young children to adults—and will have the opportunity to perform dental implants alongside comprehensive general and preventive services. Responsibilities Provide full‑scope family dentistry, including implants, general and preventive services. Serve a diverse patient base. Participate in morning huddles, team building, and community outreach. Mentor and be mentored in a collaborative, supportive environment. Practice Features Full‑scope family dentistry including implant placement. DentaPro software. Digital X‑ray and Panorex units. Fiber‑optic handpieces. Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. Staffing ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider. Average of 10‑12 operative and 20‑25 hygiene patients per day. State insurance plans, PPO, and out‑of‑network payor mix.
