Facility Operations Analyst

Opportunity with McKinstry We are adding a Facility Operations Analyst to our growing Facility Operations division in Tampa, FL . As a Facility Operations Analyst, you will ensure the efficient and effective functioning of our facilities by overseeing day-to-day operations. You are responsible for maintaining relationships with vendors and customers, coordinating with other departments, and processing work orders related to facility operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our facilities are meeting the needs of the organization and contributing to its success. What You Need to Succeed At least three (3) years of experience in facility operations. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent technical and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Working knowledge of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Technical/Engineering degree or equivalent experience preferred. Compensation and Equal Opportunity The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.64 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This is a non-exempt role and will be paid hourly. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
