Responsibilities :

Grow company’s revenue and expand customer base
Hire, train and manage a team of sales representatives
Develop sales training programs and materials
Create and enforce sales department policies
Monitor and track daily sales activities
Improve sales performance and meet sales objectives
Help close sales and assist with customer issues
Build strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
Prepare and present C-level sales reports and revenue forecasts
Identify new sales opportunities, track market shifts and competition

Desired Skills and Experience :

BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
Strong sales management experience with proven history of success
Proven ability to develop, implement and improve sales processes
Unmatched ability to close sales and generate revenue
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
Superb written communication skills
Professional attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
Outstanding work ethic, organization and time management
Uncompromising drive to exceed sales goals
Digital marketing sales experience a plus
