Back-of-House Shift Lead: Growth, Training & Flex Scheduling

Workstream

Chick-fil-A in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Back of House Shift Leader to organize and lead the kitchen team, train staff, and ensure food is prepared safely, quickly, and to Chick-fil-A standards. You will supervise all kitchen stations, stock inventory, keep the area neat and compliant, and collaborate with leaders to implement new products and process changes.
