About the Opportunity

Prominent Talents is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist for an exciting opportunity with a well-established healthcare organization in Central Florida.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and community engagement. You'll manage the online presence of multiple brands while helping expand awareness, engagement, and growth across several social media platforms.
Responsibilities

As the Social Media Specialist, you will:

• Manage multiple social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including graphics, videos, Stories, Reels, and short-form video.
• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars for multiple brands.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and online reviews professionally and promptly.
• Build and engage online communities while strengthening brand awareness.
• Research social media trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices.
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams on campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
• Recommend new strategies to improve audience engagement and online growth.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should possess:

• Proven experience managing social media for multiple brands or businesses.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and current platform best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking with exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
• Experience creating short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Photography and video editing skills are a plus.
