If you are a licensed professional who takes pride in the precision of your craft and the health of your guest's hair and scalp, and you want to work in a high-end, low-stress environment, we want to meet you.

• The "Man Cave" Setting: You work in a private sanctuary with oversized leather chairs, personal TVs, and noise-canceling headphones. No "shop talk," no chaos—just a focus on the guest and your art.
• Hair & Scalp Health Focus: We aren't just cutting hair; we are providing restorative treatments. You will master the H&N rituals that prioritize scalp health and skin rejuvenation alongside world-class technical cuts.
• Unreasonable Hospitality: Following the philosophy of "Unreasonable Hospitality," your goal is to anticipate a guest's needs before they voice them. We prioritize the ritual over the rush .
• Cost Absorption (Zero Tool Tax): We provide everything. You will never pay for your own shears, clippers, trimmers, or backbar supplies. We cover all maintenance and sharpening. You keep your money; we provide the tools.

We believe that nurturing a positive staff experience directly correlates to the care provided to our members.

• The Pro Standard: You arrive 15 minutes early to set the stage and stay 20 minutes after closing to ensure the sanctuary is pristine for the next day. Every menial task is performed with the same level of care as a service.
• No Drama Policy: We have zero tolerance for drama, gossiping, or negative vibes. We favor autonomy, accountability, and direct, empathetic communication.
• Protocol Precision: You are required to follow H&N protocols exactly for every service. Our mandatory weekly training sessions are designed to help you master this unique "Health Specialist" approach.

The Compensation: Stack Your Pay

We have upended the status quo to ensure you have a professional wage.

• Base Wage: $18.00 per hour (Starting).
• Luxe Certification: +$1.00/hr immediately upon H&N certification.
• Weekend Warrior: +$1.00/hr (For scheduled weekend shifts).
• Effective Hourly Potential: $30.00 – $48.00+ per hour (Including tips, $5.00 review bonuses, and membership growth commissions).

• $250 Sign-On Bonus after 90-day probation.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Barber or Cosmetology License.
• Artisan Mindset: A passion for precision and a commitment to "Hair & Scalp" wellness.
• Communication: Ability to engage professionally with a high-end, male clientele.
• Team-First Attitude: A desire to help ownership build the best shop culture in North Denver.
