Are you passionate about building strategic partnerships and driving sustainable business growth in the B2B SaaS industry?
In this role, you will develop and manage partner relationships, identify new business opportunities, and build a strong pipeline that contributes directly to revenue growth.

Working closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams, you will help partners succeed while strengthening the overall channel strategy.
You will use performance metrics, partner feedback, and market insights to identify opportunities and continuously improve partnership outcomes.
This remote opportunity is ideal for a proactive, analytical, and relationship-driven professional who thrives in a collaborative technology environment.
If you enjoy taking ownership, developing new relationships, and turning strategic opportunities into measurable results, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make an impact.

- Drive partner acquisition: Proactively identify and engage prospective partners, initiate conversations, understand their business needs, and communicate the value of partnership opportunities.
- Execute outreach strategies: Develop and refine targeted prospecting initiatives, including cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods to generate interest and build a qualified partner pipeline.
- Negotiate partnership agreements: Lead partnership discussions, negotiate mutually beneficial terms, and coordinate the execution of agreements.
- Support partner activation: Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to develop effective onboarding and enablement initiatives that help partners become productive and successful.
- Manage partner relationships: Maintain consistent communication with partners, understand their priorities, address challenges, and identify opportunities to deepen engagement and expand collaboration.
- Maintain accurate CRM records: Ensure partner information, outreach activities, pipeline stages, and relationship updates are accurately documented in the customer relationship management system.
- Monitor partnership performance: Track key performance indicators, evaluate partner pipeline health, and prepare reports that highlight progress, opportunities, and areas requiring improvement.
- Optimize channel strategy: Use performance data, market insights, and partner feedback to refine acquisition approaches, improve partner engagement, and strengthen the effectiveness of the overall channel program.
- Collaborate across teams: Build strong internal relationships and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to align partnership initiatives with broader sales and business goals.
- Drive continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to improve partner development processes, experiment with new approaches, and contribute to the evolution of partnership strategies.
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience: At least 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS channel sales, partner management, business strategy, consulting, or a related field.
- Education: An undergraduate or graduate degree, supported by a strong academic record.
- Partnership development: Demonstrated ability to build relationships, identify business opportunities, develop prospect pipelines, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Sales and negotiation skills: Confidence initiating conversations with prospective partners, communicating value propositions, conducting outreach, and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.
- Ownership and accountability: A proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach, with the ability to manage responsibilities independently and follow through on commitments.
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and establish trust through clear, transparent interactions.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Ability to work effectively with sales, marketing, customer success, product, and other internal teams to coordinate initiatives and achieve shared objectives.
- Analytical thinking: Strong analytical, critical reasoning, and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Relationship management: An empathetic, integrity-driven approach to working with partners, understanding their needs, and developing productive long-term relationships.
- Initiative and perseverance: A self-starter mindset, strong work ethic, and demonstrated ability to take initiative, overcome challenges, and maintain momentum toward goals.
- Attention to detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records, manage multiple priorities, and support reliable pipeline reporting.
- Adaptability and continuous learning: A willingness to learn, improve processes, explore new approaches, and adapt to evolving business priorities.
