Step into a dynamic, fast-paced environment as an Order Fulfillment Professional II with a leading telecommunications company. Based at our Fort Worth HQ, you'll be a vital part of the Reverse Supply Chain, driving accuracy and efficiency in returns and inventory reconciliation processes. Make a measurable impact by ensuring service level commitments are met, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and delivering excellence for our customers. Responsibilities - Generate and maintain comprehensive daily and weekly reports on production, service levels, and key performance indicators.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies to prevent negative customer impact and control inventory levels.
- Collaborate closely with third-party logistics vendors and internal teams to streamline processes and resolve issues.
- Conduct complex research and data entry tasks with a focus on speed and precision.
- Master the full process flow from order creation to product disposition across multiple systems.
- Communicate effectively at all organizational levels to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Fulfill mandatory overtime, including weekends, to meet business needs and service commitments. Required Skills and Experience - Demonstrated business acumen with proficiency in MS Word and advanced Excel (including formulas).
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills for problem-solving and reporting.
- Fast, accurate data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable navigating and integrating multiple systems, including SAP.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Adaptable to repetitive tasks and able to pivot when priorities shift.
- Proven ability to excel within a collaborative team environment. Preferred Skills - Experience in inventory reconciliation or reverse supply chain operations.
- Advanced SAP expertise.
