Job Overview Position: HR (Human Resources) – Full time. Work location: In person. Work remotely: No. Schedule: Day shift. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month. Supplemental pay: Yearly bonus. Roles and Responsibilities Maintain and update the organization chart. Manage the entire hiring cycle (recruitment, onboarding, and induction). Manage employee relationships and provide one‑on‑one mentoring to support growth. Handle employee grievance redressal. Administer payroll management. Coordinate salary administration with consultancy. Perform housekeeping tasks according to managerial schedule. Ensure personnel are well groomed. Maintain office equipment and keep inventory of store needs updated. Qualifications Preferred: 2 years of experience in Human Resources. Preferred: 2 years of total work experience. Experience in recruiting from portals such as Indeed, WorkIndia, Linkedin, etc. Experience in attendance recording and salary calculation. Industry Production & Manufacturing.
