AUTO OFFER - client is willing to talk to applicant either before or after acceptance about housing and territory Discipline: RN Specialty: Home Health Schedule: M-F 8a-5p Guaranteed hours per week: 40 How many Weeks: 13 On-call Or weekend requirements: None Territory: 4 large counties in our area, Thurston, Lewis, Mason, and Pierce. The need would be in any of those territories Productivity: 6 points per day, 30 per week EMR: HCHB Required Requirements: Must have minimum 1 year of home health with a Medicare certified facility
