HousekeeperNoble Values: People First - Equity - Community - Self-Determination – DiversityNoble Mission: To expand opportunities and enhance the quality of life for people with disabilities and their families through individualized servicesSummary: The Housekeeper performs cleaning services for the office building to ensure sanitary and cleanliness.Supervisory Responsibilities: N/AFLSA Status: Non-ExemptDuties/Responsibilities:Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, hallways, and other facility spaces.Sweep, mop and vacuum.Empty trash and dispose of waste properly.Refill supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors as needed.Clean tables and microwaves in kitchens and cafeteria areas.Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly.Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards.Ensure security of all areas after cleaning (e.g., locking doors, turning off lights).Follow cleaning schedules and complete daily checklists.Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.Requirements:Ability to work independently and manage time effectivelyBasic understanding of cleaning chemicals and suppliesAttention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanlinessReliable and punctualEducation and Experience:High School Diploma/GED requiredPrevious cleaning experience preferred but not requiredPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of standing and walkingMust have ability to lift/move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. periodically
