Position: Office Assistant Job Type: Full Time Department: Home Care Services Location: BIG CYPRESS Posted: 09/09/2026 Job Description The incumbent in this position is responsible for assisting with daily office tasks, providing routine clerical support to the Seminole Tribe of Florida's Home Care Services Department. The individual is responsible for answering telephones, greeting visitors, composing and typing a variety of standard documents and correspondence, distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence, organizing office space for meetings, processing forms, ordering supplies, organizing and maintaining records, and assisting the Home Care Services staff with other clerical duties. High School diploma or equivalent GED is required. Minimum of two (2) years of experience working as a clerical/administrative support utilizing office equipment, following standard office procedures including typing, filing, archiving, ordering office supplies and maintaining interdepartmental communications is required. Prior experience in the medical field is preferred. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft office software is required. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organizational, and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette skills. Possession of a valid Florida Driver's License is required.
