Travel Home Health Physical Therapist – Nutley, NJ Travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 27‑week assignment beginning 05/17/2026 in Nutley, New Jersey. The assignment consists of 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts on a day schedule (08:00–16:00). Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required at the start of the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Home health experience preferred. Experience with HCHB and PointClickCare (PointCare) required. Ability to perform start of care, patient evaluations, revisits, re‑evaluations, and discharges. Comfortable with a home health dress code; navy blue scrubs preferred. Minimum education requirement: Bachelor's Degree. Assignment Details Facility type: Home Health. Shift: Days (08:00–16:00). Weekly hour guarantee: 30 hours. Typical caseload tasks: start of care, evaluations, revisits, re‑evaluations, discharges. Coverage areas: Newark, Nutley, Belleville, and Bloomfield (travel between patient homes required). Mileage reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient. On‑call: not required.
