Capital Projects Engineer — Flood Control & Roadway Design
Bexar County PA
Bexar County seeks a Capital Projects Engineer to lead design and management of flood control and roadway capital projects. You will supervise engineers and technicians, coordinate with TxDOT, MPO, and public stakeholders, and ensure projects meet time and budget goals. The role requires a PE license in Texas or the ability to obtain within six months, a civil engineering degree, and strong project oversight, communication, and leadership skills.
