Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Commission Sales Associate. The individual in this role will proactively identify and qualify new leads, conduct outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings, and present AI identifiers LLC solutions to prospective clients. Day-to-day tasks include managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating terms within established guidelines, and closing deals to meet or exceed commission-based targets. The Commission Sales Associate will collaborate with internal teams to understand product capabilities, gather feedback from customers, and ensure a smooth handoff to implementation or account management. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, tracking performance metrics, and regularly reporting progress to sales leadership.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close deals in a remote, commission-based environment.
- Proficiency in lead generation and pipeline management, including experience using CRM tools and conducting outbound prospecting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical or AI-related concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Comfort with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms, and the ability to work independently while meeting defined performance goals.
- Prior experience in technology, software, SaaS, or AI-related sales is preferred; experience in B2B sales or consultative selling is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and a focus on measurable results.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory customer interactions.
- Relevant education or training in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is beneficial but not strictly required when supported by proven sales performance.
