Ciena Healthcare is seeking a Wound Care RN to deliver expert wound assessment, treatment, and prevention for residents in our skilled nursing and rehab centers. In this resident-centered role, you’ll conduct thorough skin assessments, develop and update individualized wound care plans, perform specialized dressings, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members. You’ll educate staff and families on wound prevention, documentation, and infection control while supporting quality improvement, mentoring CNAs and LPNs, and upholding clinical excellence and regulatory standards.
