Machine Operator – Multiple Shifts
Evaluation-to-Hire | 2nd Shift & 3rd Shift | Forest Lake, MN Manufacturing | Weekly Pay
Position OverviewExpress Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking reliable and motivated candidates for 2nd Shift and 3rd shift Machine Operator openings in Forest Lake, MN . This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, learning new skills, and contributing to a fast‑paced production environment.
Pay & ScheduleHourly Pay: 2nd Shift $22.75/hour
3rd Shift $24.25/hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift Mon-Fri, 1:30 PM-10:30 PM
3rd Shift Mon-Fri 9:45PM-6:15AM
Pay Frequency: Weekly

Operate production machinery to manufacture metal components according to specifications
Load and unload materials , including tubs, bins, and parts
Perform die changes and machine adjustments as needed to maintain product quality
Inspect parts , verify measurements, and ensure accuracy of production output
Read and scan production paperwork , apply labels, and maintain accurate documentation
Maintain a clean and safe work area , following all safety procedures
Support continuous production flow by keeping pace with machine cycles and team needs
Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the full shift
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Positive attitude and reliable attendance
