HR Generalist (Contract)

6–12 Week Contract | $25–$35/hr DOE

CV Resources is partnering with a growing organization in the Meridian area seeking an HR Generalist for a short-term onsite contract assignment. This role will focus heavily on recruiting coordination, employee relations support, and training initiatives during a busy operational period.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, people-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities
• Support full-cycle recruiting efforts including job postings, scheduling interviews, candidate communication, and onboarding coordination
• Partner with hiring managers to help move recruiting processes forward efficiently
• Assist with employee relations matters, coaching conversations, and HR documentation
• Coordinate and support employee training and onboarding activities
• Maintain and track HR workflows, projects, and deadlines using project management tools
• Assist with HR administrative functions and process improvements as needed
• Help ensure HR policies, procedures, and documentation remain organized and compliant

Qualifications
• 2+ years of HR Generalist or HR Coordinator experience
• Strong recruiting and employee relations background required
• Experience supporting onboarding and training initiatives
• MUST have experience using Asana or Monday.com
• Experience with UKG and/or Workable strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work onsite in Meridian, ID for the duration of the contract

Compensation
• $25–$35/hr depending on experience
