Based in Seal Beach, CA, this position offers the opportunity to craft and lead impactful marketing content and campaigns, serving as the brand’s champion at all customer engagement levels. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, the successful candidate will be instrumental in driving our marketing strategy to enhance brand recognition and achieve sales objectives.ResponsibilitiesSpearhead the execution of marketing initiatives to bolster brand strategy and meet sales targets.Cultivate strategic messaging and oversee its implementation across multiple channels to optimize reach and engagement.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather customer insights, translating them into actionable marketing strategies.Manage the development and rollout of promotional materials, digital campaigns, and comprehensive marketing plans.Drive the digital marketing strategy, analyzing performance metrics for continuous improvement and ROI maximization.Coordinate with creative agencies and manage budget allocations efficiently.Ensure all marketing activities align with industry regulations and standards.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in U.S. healthcare professional marketing.A minimum of 5 years in pharmaceutical sales, sales training, and/or marketing.Strong digital content creation and omnichannel marketing experience.Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in oncology or rare diseases.Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.Proven ability to work effectively in a team and across functions.Experience managing external agencies and partners.Creative, strategic thinker capable of thriving in a complex, fast-paced environment.OverviewOnce you apply, you’ll proceed to the next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
