Training Specialist

Description Technical Support Group. This team is responsible for building out training content for the contact center agents. These agents are addressing user issues with applications. The Training specialist builds curriculum for instructor-led training, self-study modules, utilized by onsite trainers and delivers that training to the trainer. Identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that deliver on our brand promise. Responsible for the development of effective training process, curriculum, knowledge articles that deliver a world-class customer experience. Will lead training efforts for our Customer Care Center Operation and will partner with 3rd party contact centers in leading new program startups and ongoing operations. Will ensure a seamless handoff of all training and quality related activities to our 3rd party suppliers and will work to develop regular reviews of all knowledge articles and curriculum materials. Typical Day Collaborate with team members on building front line agent processes. Develop, build and refresh training curriculum. Educate Trainers on how to deliver training curriculum. Build and maintain knowledge articles. Attend necessary business meetings. Skills Customer service E-learning PowerPoint Training materials Training development Training documentation Additional Skills & Qualifications 4 year education or communication degree and/or 2+ years combined experience working within a contact center environment plus 5+ years experience in a quality evaluator, quality related role or data analytics role. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Superior written communication skills. Customer service a plus. Data Analytics Trend Analysis. Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location Contract position based out of East Peoria, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
