Job Summary: This PSC position provides coverage at regional Urgent Care sites bringing variety to your workday and the chance to collaborate across multiple teams and communities. Reliable transportation needed. Serves patients by greeting them, answering routine questions, registering patients, and maintaining records and accounts. Responsible for creating a positive patient experience by facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers and ensuring efficient office operations. Responsible for scheduling appointments which will provide timely, accurate, friendly, and clinically appropriate patient access. The Patient Service Coordinator responds to incoming correspondence from patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and beyond, in accordance with patient privacy and safety standards.

Qualifications: Relevant experience in a fast-paced medical office highly preferred. Strong working knowledge of insurance requirements. Epic experience preferred. Positive, customer-focused approach, with commitment to providing excellent patient care. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple competing tasks and demands. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate in other languages highly desirable. Strong computer skills. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Basic working knowledge of medical terminology. Ability to travel independently to satellite offices with or without advanced notice.

Regular Standard Hours Per Week: 38 Schedule: Part-time (2 - 39 hours) Shift Details: Monday - Sunday; shifts between 7am - 10pm; float position
