Opportunity Highlights * Location: East Chicago, IN * Schedule/Shift: Thursday/Wednesday 7AM-3:30PM; Saturday/Sunday 11AM-11:30PM * Pay Range: $21.15-21.88/hr * Base Pay: $18.90/hr starting; Increases to $19.63 after 90 days; * Operator Pay: $1/hr * Shift Differential: $1.25 * Shift: 4 days on, 3 days off - Monday & Tuesday 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM AND Friday & Saturday 11:00 PM - 11:30 AM * Paid Weekly! * Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits - HSA and FSA options! * 401(k) What will you do? Make an impact! We're looking for a reliable Forklift Operator to join our team. In this role, you'll handle incoming drums and materials, stage them for processing, and keep the work area safe and organized. Key Job Responsibilities: * Unload trailers and move drums with a forklift * Follow storage and safety guidelines * Identify and segregate materials * Complete daily equipment checks and paperwork * Help with processing and sampling as needed * Keep the area clean and organized Do you have what it takes? * High school diploma or equivalent experience * One year of hazardous waste industry experience is desirable * Working knowledge of DOT/RCRA regulations a plus * One year forklift experience What's in for you?
