Registered Dietitian

We are seeking a passionate Registered Dietitian to join our team and make a positive impact on our residents' lives.Position Overview: As the Registered Dietitian, you will play a crucial role in assessing, planning, and implementing dietary programs for our residents. You will work closely with various departments to promote optimal nutrition and well-being, while partnering with the Food Service Director to ensure effective leadership within the dining department.Key Responsibilities:Conduct nutritional assessments for skilled nursing and personal care residents.Develop individualized meal plans and nutritional interventions based on residents' medical conditions and preferences.Collaborate with the Food Service Director to oversee dining operations and ensure compliance with dietary regulations and standards.Educate residents, families, and staff on nutrition-related topics and dietary needs.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of dietary plans and make necessary adjustments.Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to provide input on residents’ care plans.Ensure proper documentation of all dietary assessments and interventions in accordance with facility policies.Stay updated on the latest nutrition research and trends to enhance the quality of care provided.Qualifications:Registered Dietitian (RD) credential, with current state licensure.Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.Strong knowledge of dietary guidelines and nutritional needs of older adults.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and continuing education.Supportive and collaborative work environment.The chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.If you are a dedicated Registered Dietitian looking to join a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!Nutrition Management Services Company is an equal opportunity employer.
