Mfg Support Team Member; Assoc Facility Ops Supervisor

Responsibilities Support the Building Officer to coordinate, track, and verify proper completion of preventative, urgent, and emergency maintenance on all systems to ensure ordnance processing readiness; including after‑hours emergencies. Submit and track facility work orders. Control facility access and coordinate VIP facility tours. Collect and present facility performance metrics to management and stakeholders. Support collateral responsibilities related to the facility. Serve as Lockheed Martin's first line of contact with multiple civil service, active‑duty USN, and military security forces within this complex, in a zero‑defect, security‑focused production environment. Basic Qualifications Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders to prioritize, plan, and manage maintenance and/or repair activities in a production or industrial environment. Ability to qualify for, and willingness to participate in, the Navy's Personnel Reliability Program (PRP). U.S. Citizen, able to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Top Secret Security Clearance; interim Secret clearance required prior to start. Pass a drug and background check to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Desired Skills Knowledge of plant operations and building maintenance for production facilities. Demonstrated ability to accept responsibility and accountability; exercise latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment. Demonstrated ability to follow established standards, policy, and procedures. Experience directing or working with represented Union employees in adherence with company policies and collective bargaining agreements. FBM program experience. Experience working within industrial cultures of procedural compliance, formality, personal integrity, and/or military security. Experience handling classified information. Security Clearance This position requires a U.S. Citizen and a government security clearance. A Top Secret clearance is required. The applicant must pass a drug and background check.
