Key duties include: Setting up awards in Oracle Cloud Financials Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Invoicing and billing Accounts receivable management and collections Financial reporting Award closeout in accordance with sponsor terms and conditions Accurate system configuration of award requirements, including billing terms, revenue recognition, and cost sharing Reviewing financial activity for compliance and supporting cost sharing and F&A oversight Ensuring accurate financial data within PPM Providing guidance and support to departmental analysts on post‑award administration and transactional processing Overseeing compliance of travel‑related expenses on federal awards and performing other related duties as assigned Salary range: $57,700.00 - $99,300.00 annually, with expected pay up to $78,500 annually.
