Customer Launch Specialist
Join us in leading the market operations for client Meal Manager, the fastest-growing way for companies to feed their teams in the office. As one of client for Business's fastest growing products, this role offers the chance to shape how the world's teams eat together every day.
In this role, you will:
- Be a customer launch specialist: Launch new customers on the product, resolve pain points, and ensure great onsite experience
- Be a client representative: Manage quality and performance for clients
- Have strong communication: Field feedback from clients, identify issues, and clearly communicate them to the relevant contact
About you:
Based in SF/Peninsula, and willing to travel within their respective cities daily to a different location Humble Hustler - No job is beneath you or too small. You believe the best way to learn about how to optimize a process is to first hack it together yourself Ability to manage ambiguity and work independently in a fast paced environment and being comfortable with executing with limited guidance Coachable on Technology and Data - Ability to use communication and collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Sheets in addition to internal systems at client Expert in the Meal Manager platform - Ability to learn, communicate, and troubleshoot basic issues clients have with the platform (how to set up their account, place orders, setup backup carts ect).
